Got Goats
11.17.07
We are a closed herd! This is important for health and management reasons. Disease testing will continue even though we will no longer be introducing outside animals, with exception of an occasional buck from tested herds.

About our Fainting Does Our Girls
Have been carefully chosen from a variety of bloodlines.  We like the black and white, but now are adding chocolates and browns.  Some of our fainting does have marbled and blue eyes, but we are breeding for confirmation and structure as myotonics are meat goats.  Some of our does are featured on this page.

Shanghai Shaggies BR April Ward
April joins us from the herd of Rachel Ward in AL.  She is a half sister to our famous Amos.  Besides being a great mom, and a great looking doe, she has a great personality! More info and pics on her page!
Shanghai Shaggies BRDotCOM
Dot is from the herd of Miss Mary Wells in Marshall County. Her goats are on the smaller side of the fainting goat spectrum, but very long.

Dot has some great funny habits, which are shared on her page - go there now!

Bells Farm and STA PomCrest's Pride and Joy
Joy is from one of the first goats that ever lived here - Shanghai Shaggies I'm a Wookie, and a grand old Well's doe. Thank you Holly for our beautiful Joy! Joy's page will include her grand escape plan, coming soon!
STA Painted Lady
This tricolor doe was purchased from Lisa Edinger, who raised her as a bottle baby.
ET3 Hanukkah Gelt
Hanna comes to us from Eddie Taylor's Marshall County herd - where raising Nervous goats is a family tradition. I can't begin to thank Eddie enough!
ET3 Brownie Too
BrownieToo is an extremely special doe, also from Eddie - she is daughter to his wonderful Brownie, who has her own fan club! We'd like to think of ourselves as card carrying members :-)
Double Jett Blueberry
Blueberry is a Senior Doe from the Jett herd. Blueberry is all about FOOD!
Double Jett Cissy Nix
This doe, straight from Tennessee is timid, but very sweet! We love her splashed markings and she is a great mom.

Another excellent doe from Kristen Foy's breeding program.  Chocolate with blue eyes, she is a Spider daughter.
