On our farmstead, we have a few other creatures we love and that
help us by clearing, providing nutrition and exercise. Our
Tennessee Walking Horses include Black Watch, a botulism survivor
with impressive WGC bloodlines (also written about in Creature Comforts). We also use Tamworth hogs to till our overgrown
pastures.
